Run, don't walk, and see the unbelievable drawing I received from an amazing artist. (I LOVE getting art.)
The drawing is from a scene in "King of Swords" (one of my very favorite scenes) and has such depth and detail and nuance. It simply sings.

Date: 2011-10-03 10:20 pm (UTC)It was so funny. They swarmed over it (my three, my friend's three and another couple's one). ALL of them "oohing" and "ahhing" over every single square, so pleased when they could identify what it was and its meaning. It was after five solid minutes of this that one of the little ones asked, "Why are there so many Snape ones?"
The fangurls just smiled and said, "Ooh. Coincidence. Also, he is awesome!"

The quilt is UNBELIEVABLE in person. Stunning. Awe-inspiring. I was totally blown away. You are awesome, my dear. I hope you're healing well and enjoying some rest and good reading.
